Carp-Land-Camp House Rules 

Dear Guests,

Welcome to our apartment house in Balatonszepezd! The purpose of these house rules is to ensure a peaceful, safe, and pleasant environment for all our guests. Please read them carefully and follow the guidelines.

Arrival and Departure

  • Check-in from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out by 10:00 on the day of departure.
  • Late check-out is available upon prior arrangement and for an extra fee.
  • Please return the keys upon departure.

Number of Guests

  • Accommodation is only available for the number of guests agreed upon in advance.

Pets

  • Pets are not allowed. Bringing animals into the accommodation is strictly prohibited.

Safety and Responsibility

  • The garden is monitored by a camera system for property security.
  • By using the accommodation, guests acknowledge this.
  • Please lock doors and windows when leaving the room.
  • In case of lost keys, the cost of lock replacement is the guest’s responsibility. The host is not liable for damages or accidents resulting from improper use, nor for valuables left in the apartment.

Smoking

  • The accommodation is non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

Quiet Hours

  • Please respect the peace of other guests between 22:00 and 08:00.

Fire and Accident Safety

  • Please use the accommodation and its equipment properly.
  • In case of fire, use the fire extinguisher and call 105 or 112, then notify the host.

Cleanliness and Order

  • Please help maintain a clean and tidy environment.
  • Do not move furniture without prior permission from the owner.

Damage

  • Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by improper use.
  • Damages must be compensated directly to the host.

Contact and Assistance

  • For any issues, please notify the host immediately — we cannot accept complaints afterward.
  • Please hand in any lost items to the accommodation manager.
  • In case of accidents or emergencies, notify the host immediately.

  • Bedding: Changed weekly, daily change available upon request.
  • Towels: Small and large towels provided.
  • Toiletries: Liquid soap and shower gel provided.
  • Air Conditioning: Cooling and heating functions.
  • Mini Fridge: Available in every room.
  • Wi-Fi: Free, password available at reception.
  • TV: Remote control in the room, technical help available.
  • Reception: Open 7:00–22:00.
  • Dining Area: Open 7:00–22:00, each room has its own table. Kitchen area is for staff use only. (Food cannot be taken to rooms — please eat in the dining area.)
  • Grill & Oven: For staff use only — please request usage at reception.
  • Parking: In the guesthouse’s covered parking area — please do not block others.
  • Boat & Pier Rental: Available for an extra fee.
  • Payment: Cash, bank card, SZÉP card accepted.
