2.3. Data Processing Related to Orders, Invoicing, and NTAK
Legal background and basis:
The legal background is provided by Infotv. and Act C of 2000 on Accounting (Sztv.). The legal basis is your consent in accordance with Section 5 (1) a) of Infotv., and in case of withdrawal of consent, the legal obligation of the Data Controller under Section 6 (5) a) of Infotv. and the provisions of Sztv.
Purpose of data processing:
To issue invoices in accordance with legal regulations and fulfill the obligation to retain accounting documents. According to Section 169 (1)-(2) of Sztv., business entities must retain accounting documents that directly or indirectly support bookkeeping.
Scope of processed data:

The Data Controller keeps records of data transfers in accordance with Section 15 (2)-(3) of Infotv. (which authority, what personal data, on what legal basis, when), and will provide information upon request unless prohibited by law.

The Data Controller is entitled to access personal data in accordance with applicable laws.
The Data Controller processes the data itself and does not use a Data Processor. However, the Data Controller reserves the right to involve Data Processors in the future and will inform Users by modifying this Notice. In the absence of explicit legal provisions, the Data Controller will only transfer personally identifiable data to third parties with the User’s explicit consent.
You provide your personal data voluntarily during registration or when contacting our company. Therefore, please ensure the accuracy, correctness, and completeness of the data you provide, as you are responsible for them. Incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete data may hinder the use of our services.

You are also informed that in case of violation of legal provisions related to data processing or if the Data Controller fails to fulfill your request, you may take legal action against the Data Controller.
