Booking:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n\n

1.) The Host accepts bookings via its online booking system and email.<\/p>\n\n

2.) Upon receiving a written inquiry, the Host sends a written offer.<\/p>\n\n

The offer is no longer binding if the guest does not<\/p>\n\n

it within 48 hours with unchanged<\/p>\n\n

terms and a 30% deposit.<\/p>\n\n

3.) The contract is established upon the Host\u2019s written confirmation<\/p>\n\n

It becomes effective on the day the confirmation is sent, and the 72-hour payment deadline starts from that date.<\/p>\n\n

4.) The contract is considered a written agreement.<\/p>\n\n

The inquiry, offer, booking, and confirmation are all parts of the contract.<\/p>\n\n

5.) The contract must include the following details:<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 Guest\u2019s name<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 Address (or company headquarters)<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 Phone number<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 Email address<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 Arrival and departure dates<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 Number of nights<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 Number of guests (adults and children under 18)<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 Apartment name<\/p>\n\n

6.) During low and shoulder seasons, the apartment can be booked for a minimum of<\/p>\n\n

2 nights and a maximum of 30 nights.<\/p>\n\n

The host reserves the right to require longer minimum stays during certain periods.<\/p>\n\n

7.) Verbal bookings, modifications, agreements, or confirmations are not<\/p>\n\n

considered contractual.<\/p>\n\n

8.) The Host may include different terms in their offer than those<\/p>\n\n

stated in these general conditions.<\/p>\n\n

9.) If the guest leaves the apartment permanently before the end of the agreed period, the host is entitled to the full amount of the contracted<\/p>\n\n

the full amount of the contracted service fee.<\/p>\n\n

10.) The host may rebook the apartment if it becomes vacant before the end of the agreed period.<\/p>\n\n

11.) To extend the stay, the Guest must obtain prior written approval from the Host.<\/p>\n\n

In such cases, the Host may require full payment for<\/p>\n\n

services already provided and may condition the<\/p>\n\n

extension on this payment.<\/p>\n\n

12.) The contract may be modified or supplemented in writing by mutual agreement between the Guest<\/p>\n\n

and the Host.<\/p>\n\n

Cancellation:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

1.) On the day of arrival: 100% cancellation fee.<\/p>\n\n

2.) 1\u20138 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee.<\/p>\n\n

3.) 8\u201330 days before arrival: 75% cancellation fee.<\/p>\n\n

4.) 30\u201390 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee.<\/p>\n\n

5.) Up to 91 days before arrival: Free cancellation.<\/p>\n\n
